In “I Am Harvey Milk,” a 12-movement oratorio making its world premiere, Broadway composer Andrew Lippa and the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus take the audience through the life of the Jewish political figure and gay rights pioneer, from his boyhood in New York to his assassination in San Francisco.
