Actress Mayim Bialik, a public advocate of her Jewish faith and modesty, showed a bit of cleavage to Piers Morgan on a talk show Feb. 8.

On the “Late Late Show with James Corden,” the “Big Bang Theory” star declared herself a feminist before turning her back to the cameras and pulling down the front of her dress in front of Morgan, a fellow guest.

Bialik was defending actress Susan Sarandon, whom Morgan had criticized for wearing a bra-baring outfit as a presenter at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Feb. 6 in Los Angeles.

Bialik, who is Orthodox, has spoken and written publicly about the challenges of maintaining faith and modesty in Hollywood. “Being a modest dresser, that for me is a certain amount of my religious faith — privacy and chastity. Just because I have a body doesn’t mean it means to be on display,” she told Fox News last year.

Bialik took to Twitter on Feb. 9 to defend herself against allegations by some social media users of sexual harassment: “To the people who think I sexually harassed @piersmorgan last night on @latelateshow: I was showing him cleavage, not my vagina. Get a grip.”

Morgan, who laughed through the semi-flashing, came to her defense, tweeting, “I’ve never felt less sexually harassed @missmayim. FYI.” — jta
