Camp Chai, a Jewish day camp in Santa Rosa, has a new director. 

Josh Cutler will replace Rick Concoff, the camp’s longtime director, who retired after 40 years working at Jewish summer camps.

Cutler, 38, teaches kindergarten at Evergreen Elementary School in Rohnert Park.

A program of the Sonoma County JCC, Camp Chai holds two weeklong sessions in July at Finley Community Park. The camp expects 30 to 45 campers at each session, Cutler said.
