Modern Orthodox Rabbi Irving “Yitz” Greenberg will speak at five sessions at this weekend’s Limmud Bay Area Experience, which will be held at Sonoma State University. Three of his sessions will focus on “Becoming Human” and the philosophical implications of secular and religious life.

About 80 presenters from the Bay Area, across the U.S. and Israel will lead 100 sessions from Friday, June 24, to Sunday, June 26, on topics ranging from Israeli politics to Jewish gangsters.

Also speaking at the conference will be Maggie Anton, author of the historical fiction trilogy “Rashi’s Daughters,” and J. editor Sue Fishkoff.
