It was the San Francisco Giants’ Jewish Heritage Night at AT&T Park on Aug. 30. Attendees received a black baseball cap with Giants written out in orange Hebrew letters. Many attended as groups, including Camp Tawonga, Keshet and The Kitchen. There even was a J. contingent! The game was preceded by a street party that included Jewish music, He’Brew beer and kosher hot dogs. Alas, the Giants lost 4-3 to the Arizona Diamondbacks. — david a.m. wilensky
