“Flying Camel,” slated for Dec. 9 at the Raven Theater, came out of Israel in 1994.

It is a comedy that explores the friendship between a Jewish history professor who lives in a junkyard shack and an Arab garbage collector. When the pair is joined by a nun who parks her van in the junkyard, the trio embarks on the professor’s dream of restoring the “Flying Camel” statue.

All shows start at 7:15 p.m. The Raven Theater is located at 115 N. St., Healdsburg. The Sebastiani Theater is at 476 First St. E., Sonoma. Tickets are $7.50 per show, $25 for the series. For information, call (707) 528-4222.
