Grist also will teach “Vistas of Ancient Egypt,” an in-depth look at the culturally sophisticated Egyptian empire. The five-session class will run from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1.
Two starting times of 8:30 and 10:15 a.m. will be available for each course and tuition will be $40.
Two courses on modern topics include John Stanley’s “Hollywood’s Jewish Film Directors” and John Rothmann’s “The Middle East Conflict.” Stanley’s course will be offered both at 8:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Monday, June 26 to Friday, June 30 at a cost of $40.
