Rabbi Cantor was ordained by the Academy for Jewish Religion California in 2024 and is a member of the Cantors Assembly. She earned a master of rabbinic studies and a master of Jewish studies, specializing in music in Jewish life.

A compassionate service leader, lifecycle officiant, pastoral care provider, educator and researcher. She is also a producer, writer and host of creative Jewish programs and concerts. Her work has been published by the Rabbinical Assembly, Wisdom Daily, AJRCA’s Al Hatorah, Olive Press and J. Her Jewish children’s book series is titled “Mitzvah Power Academy.”

Bernstein holds a doctorate of pharmacy and serves as a volunteer clinical professor at UCSF’s School of Pharmacy. She founded Vita Media, a medical communications company, and has worked with UCSF, Safeway Corporate Pharmacy, the San Francisco Department of Public Health and the Campus for Jewish Living. She is an award-winning producer, writer and host of multimedia pharmacy and health education programs and campaigns for audiences of all ages.
