June marks National LGBTQ Pride Month, and Bay Area Jewish organizations are celebrating with a vibrant assortment of events. They range from Pride-focused Shabbat services to kid-friendly activities to curated peeks into the lived realities of queer Jews across decades.

The month culminates with the 56th annual San Francisco Pride Parade on Sunday, June 28. Whether you want to march along Market Street or cheer from the sidelines, Jewish groups are looking for participants. Other Bay Area cities, including Oakland and San Jose, will host Pride parades later in the summer and autumn.
