Two local synagogues have announced Katrina fund-raisers.
Temple Beth Torah in Fremont will host a spaghetti dinner/fundraiser 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, at 42000 Paseo Padre Parkway. Proceeds will be earmarked for the United Jewish Communities and the Red Cross. Information: (510) 656-7141.
