Roland ‘Rolly’ Hassun passed away peacefully at his home in San Mateo, January 21, 2007. He was 70, his wife of 41 years by his side. Rolly was born in Cairo, Egypt.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Christal; daughters, Cheryl and Sheila; 4 grandchildren, Joy, Julie, Justin and Jennifer; and his sister, Regina Lagnado who resides in Milan.
He worked for Hewlett Packard-Agilent for 36 years. Rolly touched countless people with his compassion, warm smile, integrity and his humor, and he will continue to provide all of us the inspiration to carry on in life with his unconditional love.
Funeral services have been held under the direction of Sinai Memorial Chapel, Redwood City. Olga Josie Maltzer, wife of the late Irv Maltzer, beloved sister, mother, aunt, grandmother and most recently, great grandmother, as well as life long friend to many. Died peacefully at home in her bed on Friday, January 26, at the age of 80-something, when a prolonged illness brought an end to a very blessed life. Generous and loving, strong-willed and determined, bright and engaging, sharp and insightful, her fighting spirit remained until her final breath. She will continue to live on in story and memory of all those whose lives she touched.
May she rest in peace. Funeral services were held at Temple Beth Jacob, 1550 Alameda de las Pulgas, Redwood City, followed by burial at Eternal Home Cemetery in Colma. Ralph Radin in San Francisco on Jan. 26, 2007 at the age of 96. Beloved husband of the late Paula Radin; exceptionally loving and devoted father of Harold Radin and the late Thomas Radin; dear grandfather of Jonathan and Adam Radin; dear uncle of Larry and Gary Radine.
Ralph had endless zest and enthusiasm that allowed him to live a high quality of life. He inspired everyone he befriended.
