Cheryl Sue Bradt and Martin L. Gewing are announcing their engagement. Cheryl is an elementary school teacher in Vallejo and Martin sells insurance for Prudential in San Ramon.
Cheryl is the daughter of Harland and Quessie Krell in Pleasant Hill, Tenn., and the sister of Gaye Fifer of Charlottesville, Va., and Lisa Telomen of Naperville, Ill.
Martin is the son of Walter and Anna Gewing of San Ramon, Calif. and the brother of Shimon Gewing of Toronto, Canada, and Ruth Gewing-Mullins of Dublin, Calif.
The couple met contra dancing in El Cerrito and will be married on November 20 in Benicia.
