David Gaskill of Redwood City announces the engagement of his son, PJ, to Aviva Buchman, daughter of Tanya and Myron Buchman of Cherry Hill, N.J. PJ is the son of the late Susan Gaskill of blessed memory and David Gaskill, and stepson of Peg Krome. PJ graduated from UCSD with a B.S. in Biochemistry and B.A. in European History. He received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Scripps Research Institute. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Aviva received a BA degree from Rhode Island School of Design and is currently a Doctoral student in Clinical Health Psychology at Yeshiva University. A May wedding is planned.
