The Jeremiah Fellowship, a Jewish social justice program based in the Bay Area and Los Angeles, is accepting applications for its next cohort.

The Jeremiah Fellowship connects young adults to the issues facing their community and helps them become effective activists. The fellowship is a nine-month program that runs from September through May, culminating in a community-based action project.

Applications for the 2011-12 Bay Area Jeremiah Fellowship are due by July 31. For information, go to www.JeremiahFellowship.org.
