Israeli professor David Passig will speak about the future of Israel’s economy and society in a Thursday, Jan. 12 lecture at the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center in Palo Alto. Passig will explain his methodology to predict global economic trends and how they will be reflected in the Middle East and Israel.
Passig is a futurist who specializes in technological, social and educational futures. He holds a Ph.D. in future studies from the University of Minnesota, and is currently a faculty member at Bar-Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel.
