Empowering Jewish young adults through leadership development and community building to create a positive impact in the world. The J Leaders Academy provides a comprehensive leadership development experience that includes skill-building, knowledge-sharing, and networking opportunities – all through a Jewish lens.

One of the core values of the program is the importance of building relationships and community. It provides opportunities for fellows to connect with other Jewish young adults, grow their network of business and community leaders, and create a sense of community that is both supportive and inspiring.

Because Impactful, values-driven leadership can be taught and learned through teaching, practice and experience, the program is designed to help emerging leaders develop their passion, unique leadership skills and capabilities.

J Leaders fellows are supported by an extensive network of peers, facilitators, mentors and partners and alumni. Through this community, fellows can access valuable resources, gain insights from experienced professionals, and receive ongoing support throughout their journey. By empowering ethical, Jewish young adult leaders, the program is creating a force for good in the fellows’ own organizations, the Jewish community and the world.
