The  mission is to advance racial equity in the U.S. Jewish community by strengthening the leadership of Jews of color, ensuring that communities and institutions reflect the multiracial reality of the Jewish people. This is a Bay Area-based national effort that focuses on grant-making, research and field-building, and community education.
