Overnight summer camp in Santa Rosa offers youth entering grades 1-11 the opportunity to form lifelong friendships, develop new skills, discover the joy of Judaism, try new things, explore their passions and have a ton of fun in a warm, inclusive community. Campers tend to take camp home, applying their Jewish learning to their daily lives and ultimately bettering themselves, their communities and the world.

Since purchasing the Santa Rosa site in 1997, Camp Newman has flourished, becoming one of the West Coast’s largest Reform Jewish camps, serving over 1,400 kids and teens each summer and hundreds of families and adults of all ages and stages throughout the year from over 80 congregations throughout the Southwest and Western U.S. Situated on 500 acres in the mountains, the camp offers a diverse range of programs and activities including sports, visual and performing arts, adventure experiences, social action tracks and much more and aims to inspire a love of Judaism every day of the year.
