Petaluma Queen trip planned for seniors

A B'nai B'rith ElderSeminar on the role of Jewish history in the Gold Rush will be held during a riverboat cruise aboard paddlewheeler Petaluma Queen Sunday, Oct. 29 through Friday, Nov. 3.

Passengers will visit Napa Valley's first kosher winery, Hagafen Cellars, and stay at Silver Penny Farm in Petaluma. Cost is $420 to $499 per person. To enroll, call Rabbi David Kopstein at (707) 664-8015.

Disabilities Project needs volunteer help

The Disabilities Project of Jewish Family and Children's Services needs volunteers to survey synagogues and Jewish agencies in Marin to find out how accessible they are to people with disabilities.
