Correspondent | November 3, 1995 Latke recipes add weight to menorot Along with the Jewish Museum San Francisco's fall exhibit, "Light Interpretations: A Hanukah Menorah Invitational," the museum will devote a section of the show to "Heavy Interpretations: Latke Recipes from Our Community." The museum invites members of the community, as well as professional Bay Area chefs, to submit personal latke recipes for display in the installation, which will be in the lower level galleries of the museum from Nov. 12 through Dec. 25. Recipes may be hand-written or typed, on one side of each page only. Any decorations or images accompanying the recipes are welcome. Recipes should include the creator's name and residence as well as the recipe's place of origin. Recipes should be sent to: Jewish Museum San Francisco, 121 Steuart St., S.F., CA 94105. J.
