Correspondent | February 23, 1996 Chabad also offers a chance to learn how to make matzah in time for Passover at Chabad of the East Bay's shmurah (supervised) matzah bakery at Berkeley Richmond Jew-ish Community Center, 1414 Walnut Street, Berkeley. Matzah-making will take place beginning Monday, March 25 and continue through Sunday, March 31. Trained staff members and volunteers will supervise during the one hour, 15-minute session.
