Victims names will be remembered Millions of Holocaust victims will be remembered — one by one — in a ceremony Sunday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holocaust Memorial in San Francisco's Lincoln Park. The three San Francisco lodges of B'nai B'rith and other Jewish organizations are joining thousands of people around the world in reciting the names of individual victims. San Francisco District Attorney Terrence Hallinan and state Senators Quentin Kopp and Milton Marks will participate in the remembrance, which will include poems, songs and a candlelighting. During each hour, participants will chant "El Molei Rachamim" and recite Kaddish. Additional sponsors include the Anti-Defamation League, Holocaust Oral History Projects, B'nai B'rith Youth Organization, Holocaust Memorial Council, United Synagogue Youth and the Speaker of the Israeli Knesset Sheuach Weiss.
