Jake Heggie

Keeping the music alive. Music of Remembrance is a project dedicated to preserving the memory of the Holocaust through music, both old and new. Founder Mina Miller and contributing composer Jake Heggie will talk about the project with moderator Kip Cranna of the San Francisco Opera, sharing musical examples and a preview of Heggie’s new opera “Out of Darkness,” debuting next year.
