The agency’s mental health clinicians have extensive expertise working with children and families to address a wide range of issues that may arise during childhood and adolescence. Its preschool consultation services bring early childhood experts into schools to provide reflective support to teachers and families on childhood trauma, child development, behavioral issues and classroom structure. The consultation program is trauma-informed and focuses on preschools in Oakland and Jewish preschools throughout the East Bay.
