A two-year program for tweens designed to help them explore and connect with Jewish traditions.  Tweens can expect to unpack prayers, practice mitzvot, cook Jewish food and celebrate holidays in order to discover and develop their individual Jewish identity as they prepare for their ceremony. First-year participants engage with Judaism through hands-on projects, games and volunteering opportunities. In the second year, tweens choose between doing a Mitzvah Project, leading a service, or both.

The program will be led by longtime educator Rabbi Elizheva Hurvich.
