Tamar Jacoby

Tamar Jacoby is president of Opportunity America, a nonprofit promoting economic mobility. She has been in Central Europe since early spring helping to provide humanitarian relief for refugees and reporting on the war in Ukraine, and published “Displaced,” a book of interviews with refugees, in 2022.
