Jewish chaplains and trained spiritual care volunteers provide spiritual comfort and compassionate care to hospital patients, tailored to individual beliefs and needs. Serving Stanford Medicine and working with local synagogues and organizations to support patients and their families in the hospital and upon return to their homes and community. Additional programs educate physicians, health-care professionals, chaplains and volunteers of all backgrounds in the healing role of spirituality and religion.
