Among the recipients were a battered women’s shelter in Nazareth; a program that runs a bicultural children’s choir and summer camp; and a study program between Yakar, a Jerusalem synagogue and learning center, and the Islamic College in Baka el Gharbiya that includes the study of Jewish and Islamic texts.
