On Wednesday, programs take place at 3:30 p.m. at Hicklebee’s Children’s Books, 1378 Lincoln Ave., San Jose, and 4 p.m. at Cody’s Books, 1730 Fourth St., Berkeley; and on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Borders Books, 2925 El Camino Real, San Mateo.
The Northern California Council of Jewish Day School Principals represents 10 schools and is under the organizing body of the S.F.-based Bureau of Jewish Education, with funding provided by the Koret Foundation.
The schools are Brandeis Hillel Day School in San Francisco and San Rafael, Hebrew Academy in San Francisco, Jewish Day School of the North Peninsula in San Mateo, Mid-Peninsula Jewish Community Day School in Palo Alto, Oakland Hebrew Day School, Shalom Day School in Sacramento, South Peninsula Hebrew Day School in Sunnyvale, Tehiyah Day School in El Cerrito and Yavneh Day School in Los Gatos.
