Hal Linden, an Emmy and Tony Award–winning actor best known for his role as the title character in the 1970s TV show “Barney Miller,” will donate some of the proceeds from his new album to the Jewish National Fund.

Recorded over three decades, “It’s Never Too Late” features Broadway and film tunes, classic pop songs, jazz standards and other selections from the Great American Songbook. It can be purchased for $20 at www.hallinden.net/jnf, and $5 from each sale will go to the organization.

Linden, a classically trained clarinetist, has been the nonprofit’s national spokesman since 1998.
