Correspondent | August 12, 2011 Rabbi Oren Postrel, formerly of Napa’s Congregation Beth Sholom, will teach “Looking at Judaism Through Art” at Napa Valley College Sept. 7 to Nov. 16. Students will learn about Judaism through the study of images from the Italian Renaissance, the Hubble Space Telescope, Michelangelo and Jackson Pollock. Class will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesdays at the Upper Valley Campus in St. Helena, 1088 College Ave. Tuition is $100 plus a $40 materials fee. Pre-registration is required.
