Feed your mind. It’s not called “Feast of Jewish Learning” for nothing. Come satisfy your appetite for knowledge on topics as wide-ranging as Yiddish dance, the ethics of war and Jewish gender study. Or come hear J. editor Sue Fishkoff share the inside story on the kosher food industry. Each of the four learning sessions throughout the day also features family-friendly activities. Hazon Golden Gate ride. Hazon’s fundraising bike ride enters its fifth year. Ride from Point Reyes across the bridge into San Francisco. Four-day event begins with Shabbat at Walker Creek Ranch, 1700 Marshall-Petaluma Road, Petaluma. Registration required. $50 and up. (See story, 8)
