Hank Hulter has made it a habit to work out regularly at the Osher Marin JCC fitness center — and to celebrate his centennial birthdays there as well. The San Rafael resident joined his JCC friends for a birthday party on Nov. 19, this time in honor of his 107th. Hulter works out with a JCC personal trainer three times a week.
