Caught in the middle. “The Mitzvah Project” is combination performance, history lesson and conversation, shedding light on the mischlings, or part Jewish, soldiers in Hitler’s army. At times used, forgotten, protected or destroyed, their lot was fraught with uncertainty. “The Mitzvah Project” is the co-creation of Roger Grunwald, an actor and descendant of Holocaust survivors.
