Jewish Music Festival sneak preview. Musical brunch features preview of new festival commission “Homecoming,” performed by bassoonist Paul Hanson, guitarist John Schott and bassist Jeff Denson. “Behind the Scenes 2015.”  JCRC celebration honoring local activists and leaders for their contributions to the community, including longtime Jewish and civic activist Roselyne Swig, S.F. State Jewish studies chair Mark Dollinger and the Rev. Paul Watermulder, interfaith leader and senior pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Burlingame. Kosher dinner served, followed by program and dessert reception. At JCCSF, 3200 California St., S.F. 6 p.m. $150.
