Michelle van Tijen and Josh Gould of Oakland are proud to announce the birth of their first child, a boy, Reuben Parker van Tijen Gould, on Jan. 30.
Kvelling grandparents are Ilene Levinson and Rem van Tijen (Oakland), Michelle Masoner and Dr. Richard Gould (Sacramento). Ecstatic great-grandmothers are Marilyn Levinson (Oakland), Joan Lee (Phoenix), Audrey Gould (Kansas City) and Toni Baurichter-van Tijen (the Netherlands).
