Irving Berlin, on stage. Irving Berlin, the prolific and popular Jewish songwriter who died in 1989, will be brought back to life onstage by Hershey Felder, who has embodied a string of great composers. Felder’s new musical about “America’s Composer” covers Berlin’s life, his music and his fight against anti-Semitism.
