Little nation with big ideas. “Israel Innovations in Solving Big Problems” is a Commonwealth Club program that will examine the small state’s ability to solve large problems threatening the environment, health and economies around the world. Ravit Baer, S.F.-based deputy consul general for Israel, will be on the panel with Nathan Miller, a former speechwriter for Israel’s mission to the United Nations.
