A day of good deeds. On Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, volunteers will honor his legacy and the Jewish commandments to serve the needy and heal the planet. The Oshman Family JCC’s Community Mitzvah Day has organized a variety of hands-on projects for children and adults on and off campus, including tutoring kids, feeding the homeless, visiting seniors and restoring the natural habitat.
