Wave the flag at Pride 2016. The Jewish community is celebrating Pride and everyone is invited to join in. Glitter Kehilla and Keshet will host a Shabbat potluck picnic before the S.F. Trans March at 5 p.m. June 24. Congregation Beth El of Berkeley and S.F. Congregations Emanu-El and Sha’ar Zahav both will hold Pride Shabbats (plus a potluck Pride Seder at Sha’ar Zahav). Check out the Israeli consulate’s booth June 26 at the Civic Center. It will highlight LGBT life in Israel.And if you want to march with a Jewish contingent on June 26 at the Pride Parade in San Francisco, join Keshet and the JCCSF, synagogue contingents and other Jewish groups marching down Market Street. Events are free unless noted.
