New twist on Old World classic: Love and tragedy come together in “The Dybbuk,” a multimedia opera based on S. Ansky’s Yiddish-language play. Oshman Family JCC arts director Ronit Widmann-Levy plays a woman possessed by the spirit of her dead lover on her wedding day. Composer Ofer Ben-Amots will participate in pre-performance events that will take a closer look at the subject matter. In English and Hebrew, with subtitles.
